General Terms and Conditions

• Scope
  These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from GlowCos LTD (hereinafter GlowCos) to consumers.
  A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature.
• Contracting Party
  The purchase contract is concluded with GLOWCOS LTD, 1 Apriliou, 47, Flat/Office 21, 3117 Limassol.
• Conclusion of Contract
  • The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
• Right of Withdrawal
  • If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
  • If you as a consumer exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of return shipment.
  • Otherwise, the right of withdrawal is governed by the provisions set out in detail in the following

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GLOWCOS LTD

    3117 Limassol) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

    You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

    You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    General Notes
    1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
    2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
    3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

    Additional Provisions
    Exclusions and Restrictions of the Right of Withdrawal
    - For hygiene reasons, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
    • Already opened products in jars (pots) and cans
    • Used or empty products
    • Product samples
    - discount codes can only be returned unused and within the withdrawal period
    - Sale items are excluded from exchange

    Processing Time and Refund
    We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. This is usually done within one week of the return arriving. Upon positive review, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

    Free Gifts
    Please note that the entitlement to free product additions provided upon reaching a certain minimum order value or quantity expires in the event of a return. In this case, the free product must also be returned; otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.

    Quality Assurance
    The products have left our premises in perfect condition. Should any defects be identified nonetheless, these must be reported to customer service (via the contact form) within 14 days of receiving the products. Otherwise, the products shall be deemed accepted without defect.

• Prices and Shipping Costs
  • The prices stated on the product pages include the applicable statutory VAT and all other price components.
  • In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €3.90 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the cart system, and on the order page.
  • When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of €2.00 is charged, which is collected by the delivery person on site. No further taxes or costs apply for delivery within Germany. For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply as part of your order, which are not remitted through us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid directly by you to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
• Delivery
  • Delivery is made exclusively within Germany via DHL.
  • The delivery time is up to 3 days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

  • Shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, shipments that are not collected from a DHL branch/parcel locker, or shipments that were refused by the customer and therefore returned to us can be resent for a flat shipping fee of €3.00, or the order can be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, a return and processing fee of €12.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Payment
  • Payment can be made either by advance payment or cash on delivery.
  • If you select advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and will ship the goods upon receipt of payment.
  • If you select "PayPal Express" as your payment method, payment processing is handled by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – subject to the conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full. If the customer selects "PayPal Express" as the payment method during the online ordering process, they simultaneously issue a payment instruction to PayPal by clicking the button that completes the ordering process. In this case, the seller hereby declares acceptance of the customer's offer at the moment the customer initiates the payment process by clicking the button that completes the ordering process.

• Retention of Title
  • The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

• Dispute Resolution
  • The European Commission has created an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
